A roof drain overflowed flooding the centre of our three story house. When I was first confronted with the mess I was very disheartened and unsure of how to deal with it, particularly as we had just accepted an offer on the house. But when the First Response people arrived, I was much relieved and reassured by their professional demeanor and way they took the situation in hand. I also appreciate how everyone was sensitive to the fact the loss wasn't insured. In the end I believe that we received very good value for the money. And perhaps most importantly, thanks to their excellent service, we were able to maintain the confidence of the prospective buyers.
