A 300+ feet with 3 gates project shared with a neighbour. After a wuote or 2, we met Jamie and Kris from Firm Fence. Absolutely first class service, installed by Munir. The product is really nice. The efforts made by Munir to overcome the contours, tree roots etc etc, which I had barely noticed before, were most impressive in achieving an excellent and pleasing result. Jamie was super helpful in explaining everything. Nothing was left to chance. Everything went smoothly with nothing missing etc. Dirt removed and site left as new. Owner Kris is the icing on the cake and nothing troubles him. If there is an issue, it gets fixed. Unreservably recommended to help the home owner naigate this whole process. Best decision I/we have made in years. Look no further..

They were very thorough and asked lots of questions. Firm Fence also made sure the fence was appropriate for visiting dogs. After all the work was done, someone was sent to make sure everything was fine and done right.

Needing to replace old iron fencing with gates, Firm fence was able to manage the small but complex project. This included concrete to anchor the new fence and specialized gates for the location. The craftsmanship from Reza (Ironman Railings) is top notch

From the office staff, to Simon who is part of the Building Development team, to Kris the owner, Firm Fence provided impeccable service. Upon contacting Firm Fence it took no time to have Simon come to my home and provide accurate and reasonable pricing for the fence. He was very knowledgeable and readily available to answer questions. Even though Simon was dealing with 3 different neighbours and trying to ensure all their requests were attained, he always remained professional, calm and respectful. Kris also took the time to ensure that my neighbours and I would be satisfied with the final installation and visited our homes to answer all of our many questions. This is the fourth Fence from Firm at this location over 40 year.

The project Director came the same day I requested a quotation. Later that day I received a fair quotation which I accepted.

The fence was completed within two weeks as promised. The installer did an excellent job.
