Our furnace went on the fritz a few days before the recent cold snap. We phoned them on a Sunday morning and there tech arrived a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the furnace problems and offered a variety of solutions. He also pointed out that our humidifier was low quality and installed in the wrong location (which led to our furnace issues in the first place). Dean came over the next day, Monday, to save us weekend costs and quickly fixed our problems and installed a new humidifier. I would recommend them .
