Having just moved into a new house I wanted to get our fireplaces looked at/cleaned as I had no idea when they were last done.
Damir from Ram Cleaning services arrived on time and was extremely friendly and caring. He took a look at our first fireplace and instantly identified several problems with it. I kind of already knew about these issues but it was nice to see that he instantly recognized them and informed me about the issues.
Damir was very up front and told me the fireplaces were pretty clean so there was not much for him to do and he even discounted a little because of this.
Damir went as far as trying to fix the identified issues for us, the main one being the severe cold draft coming in from the un-insulated rear of the fireplace. He showed us a couple of tricks which stopped about 60 percent of the draft.
Damir was extremely friendly and really came across as caring and wanting to try to solve the issues for us.
I will definitely use Ram cleaning services again in the future.
