Our Furnce broke down on one of the coldest days of the year ( a Saturday), we left a message with the call centre and Charton had called us back within 2 hours, he was at our house a couple of hours later, the next ( Sunday) day we had our new furnace installed by mid day and had heat back in the house.

Rick was quick to response, even during long weekend holiday season. Installers came and did their work quick and professionally. Furnace working great, would highly recommend.

The sales person is very good but the installation was not good. Some of the technicians are not well trained. Installation was done without following the instructions. An important part was not installed, the air intake and exhaust pipes outside were not done properly, the thermostat and electronic air cleaner were not wired correctly. It took them many trips to get all the things fixed. Most home owners would not have known about this and would have accepted the installation without knowing the installation has many problems.

The sale person Charton and engineer Lu did an excellent job. We really enjoy the service from Hgh efficiency cooling and Heating Inc very much. We are 100% satisfied their service. I will strongly recommend my friend to this company.

The sales manager Charton is very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained clearly the installation process and the energy rebate calculation. The technicians arrived on time and did a good job in installing the furnace even under extreme cold weather. I am very pleased with the work and arrangement overall.
