Our not so old Carrier AC malfunctioned on one of the hottest days of the year. We called and was told a tech would come out within a few hours the same day. To our surprise, they called within an hour to say a tech would arrive within 15 minutes. Jason arrived, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue but said he would have to return in a few hours after the ice melted on the unit. And he absolutely did. He repaired the unit but did not rush the job. Thank goodness because the next day was a record breaking day at 35 degrees. Thank you Jason for the excellent service and we will definitely recommend you and High Efficiency.

After 3 years, Rick Li helped me and my neighbors to install another 5+ AC units. Easy people to deal with including himself, receptionist and installer, smooth transaction and installation, no problem at all, very competitive price for a Carrier air conditioner. Highly recommended!

I selected High Efficiency for my furnace and a/c initially over 6 other quotes because their price was the fairest and the salesperson (Rick) the most knowledgeable and upfront honest. He discouraged me from overspending on items or upgrades with marginal value and also offered assistance in helping me participate in the government / Enbridge available rebates. Because we were going through a heat wave they offered to install the equipment the next day. The tech was very professional and neat and spent plenty of time teaching me to use my new wi-fi thermostat. I would recommend these guys.

I have installed the AC machine for several months. It is in good working condition. I am satisfied. A happy summer with this product. I recommend it to my friends.

Jason was very punctual and professional throughout the whole maintenance procedure. He was very considerate to wear covers for his shoes when entering the house. Jason was meticulous to ensure proper procedures were performed on our furnance and AC. He made sure the levels of refridgerant was accurate. Jason showed me and explained why each procedure was done to prolong the life span of furnance and AC. At the end, he went over his written summary of the maintenance completed and forwarded by email.

Went with High Efficiency after getting quotes for 3 other companies. The prices were all comparable but what sold me on this company was the their sales person, Charton Teng. He walked us through everything in detail. He returned all my calls and texts (and there were
many). There were no high pressure tactics. He showed up when he said he would and he paid us a visit post installation to walk us through use of the new equipment and to answer any questions we had. He’s great at what he does and is very personable. I feel confident we made the right decision...plus our house is finally not an oven!

The air conditioner installation required was more complex than your typical installation. High Efficiency ensured that the system was installed properly. Our furnace blower unfortunately burnt out leaving us without a/c this summer. It felt odd to have furnace replacement in this season. Unfortunately, repair cost was estimated at over 50% of a replacement (after rebates) and we decided to replace as per some recommendations. We contacted a few companies, and found High Efficiency giving a competitive quote, on top of that they were Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer as well which gave us more confidence. Charton was superb in his professionalism and service, and helpful in managing a suitable installation time and also accommodating slight adjustments we had requested. He is also very knowledgeable and a good and effective communicator. The technicians came on time, and performed a fine job. I'm really happy and content with the services from the team.
