We awoke Thursday morning, the coldest day so far this year, to find our house just over 60F degrees. I called High Efficiency, who had installed the furnace 9 years earlier, and Jason arrived a couple hours later. It turned out there was more than 1 issue involved, and the diagnostic process took quite a bit longer than scheduled, but Jason remained focused and thorough, not leaving until the problem was fully diagnosed and the required parts were ordered. He also took the time to rule out some possible causes rather than simply saying "this also needs to be replaced". Knowing he needed parts he would not have until the next day he did what he could to allow us to have some heat from the furnace through the night. He arrived promptly the next day and installed all necessary parts, fully tested the unit, tidied up after himself, and made sure I understood what had been done and that I was satisfied. I am completely satisfied with the service but there are some residual issues from the original sale that leave me unable to give a 10 out of 10 to the company.
