Our bathroom was looking rather tired the grout in the tiles around the bathtub was really discoloured and completely missing in spots , we also needed a vanity installed plus a new toilet, the floor tiles had cracked badly and also needed replacing.
Andy and his company installed a glass enclosed shower where the bathtub had been, installed a new vanity, toilet, and replaced the floor tiles, plus repaired and painted the walls where they had been damaged during construction, a complete job all done within four days..
I can not recommend this company more highly...

This is our second renovation by Andy and his son. The first was a tear out of a bathroom and an en-suite and a complete rebuild. The results were amazing. It was done ahead of schedule. The second was a tear down of a living room wall and reconstruction of a half wall in its place to make an open concept. There was electrical work involved, ceiling repair and resurfacing, painting and also the removal of a bulkhead and the repair to that area. In both renovations, the project came in on budget and on time, the clean up was great. Andy and his son are hard workers, very polite and accommodating, very friendly and are people of their word. That is a rare combination these days. We would recommend Quantum 1 to anyone looking for a contractor.

Andy renovated our bathroom in early 2020 and we were very pleased with the finished product and the whole process. The quote was very honest and transparent. Andy followed through with everything he promised. I was a bit nervous because it is an older home and it was our only full bathroom and we have two young children but Andy started and finished the job on time and did a fantastic job cleaning up each day so that it wasn’t a major inconvenience to live through the reno. The bathroom turned out beautifully and we are planning to use Andy to renovate our kitchen later in the year too.

Andy and his team renovated a powder room for us (excluding vanity). He was quick with his first visit and quotation. He was clear about when he could start the job and he was there as promised. Although a small bathroom it was a complex job with a lot of ceramic tile removal - 2 floor layers and walls, top to bottom. They contained the mess and didn't overly disturb the rest of the house. His workmanship was top quality and he completed the job on time and to our expectations. His price was fair and well worth it. We would definitely use Quantum/Andy again and we highly recommend him to others.

Quantum was recommended to us by friends who were repeated customers. The work involved removing a load bearing wall and basically redo the entire main floor, especially the kitchen. Andy and his team were amazing in dealing with every aspect of the work and finding solutions to any problem encountered along the way. When came the time to add a basement bathroom and renovate the basement, we didn't hesitate in re-hiring Andy and his team.

We recently had our 2 bathrooms renovated by Andy and his team, which often consisted of him and his son, and we were beyond pleased with quality and timing of their work. Most important, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. We felt he listened to our thoughts and ideas and did his best to make everything work, but he also provided sage wisdom and opinion throughout the whole process that only 30+ years in the business can provide. Andy repeatedly went over and above what was necessary to make us happy. Not only was the quality of his work unparalleled, he was ahead of schedule every step of the way. We had Andy & Adam from Quantum Contracting do a portion of our ensuite bath reno. They installed our Mr. Marble Shower, heated ceramic floors & our double vanity. We are completely satisfied in every way. Their workmanship is outstanding & they were a pleasure to have in our home.
