We contracted with Atlantic Woodworking for a staircase last year (February/March, 2018). After paying in full, this company stopped responding to any of our requests for a status update. Our stairs remain unfinished a year later. Our last communication from Atlantic Woodworking was an email dated September 10, 2018 where they advised us that the glass panels required to finish the stairs would be shipped the next week. We did not receive the panels, and the company has not responded to any of our subsequent voice messages or email/FB messages. It has been 8 months of us reaching out to them. They are receiving our messages as they monitor their FB site and remove any public reach-outs to them. These are not the actions of a reputable company. Please think twice before trusting them with the substantial investment an order for stairs represents
