We had four estimates on a new roof for our house,three of the estimates included attic insulation .The Roofman estimate included arranging the installation of a bathroom fan by a electrical company. All work was preformed as was promised. The job was completed on time and was left clean.All Roofman personal we had contact with from Mike Galt the estimator,the foremen Marvin and Ben, and all who worked on our job including the electrical company employees were professional competent and friendly. Also thanks to the employee who completed the last of the duct insulation.

We have a double garage single detached house, costed about $10,000 for shingle roof replacement + insulation.
We called a few roof companies before we decided to go with Roofman. Most companies that I called doesn't have receptionists/office, which means either it goes to voice mail, or the manager will say he will call you back. (and some times it is forgotten). It doesn't really feel reliable.
So I called Roofman in April, manager came to my house in 2 days-ish, checked outside and attic, explained a lot details. I felt pretty promising. Then we got busy and totally forgot about the roof until the June storm came. So I called Roofman again, and the manager honoured the price he gave me in April even thought June is the busy season and the price is usually higher.
The construction took place in July, they came at around 7:30ish, very professional. They finished the work within one day. At around 4:30ish, everything was cleaned up and our roof is shining.
Overall, Roofman did an excellent job in terms of price, work and warrantee of the roof. And one extra tip here, their warrantee is transferable.

Rhys came and quoted the job, and gave us some good advice about roofs on 100 year old homes, and how best to work with them. We felt very comfortable with his suggestions and decided to choose The Roofman over other companies we'd interviewed. The work was mostly completed in one day, and the results are wonderful. The crew was courteous and cleaned up the site well. There was some damage to a tree (not neglect, they took all the precautions they should have) and they took care of it for me in a satisfactory way. Thank you, Roofman, I will recommend you to all my friends and neighbours!

We are very happy with our new roof from Roofman. Rhys was very good at explaining the different options available and providing the right solution for us. We are very proud of our new roof and how it has made our home look amazing. We no longer need to worry if the wind is going to blow the roof off piece by piece.

As we had explained to you when we met we did look into other roofers and how they compared in knowledge, respect and price. The Roofman was a bit more expensive but well worth it.
We are going to recommend you to anyone who is in need to have their roof done to have it done by The Roofman!!!

I had our roof replaced this month. David explained the proposal very well, all my questions and wishes. Roofman Crew was excellent, they were punctual when they said they would come. My experience with Roofman was great from start to finish. Mike Galt came out to the house on two separate occasions to discuss in detail our situation and the options before us. He provided me with a thorough understanding of what needed to be done to the attic and the roof to ensure a trouble free experience. Mike provided me with a range of quotes depending on our budget. Once we worked out the details the project was started promptly and involved sealing, ventilating and upgrading the attic insulation and the new shingles. Everything was completed over the course of 3 days and the crew left the property looking spotless. I am confident in the quality of work done by the installer and the quality products provided by GAF. I would not hesitate to recommend Roofman to others.
