Company is great. They have a good costumer services. I bought a front door. The installers did an excellent job!

I have had a lot of experience with Ener-Tight Windows both with the properties managed by my properties and our personal condominium investment properties, so I had no hesitation in using them for my principal residence. They gave me a written quote and an estimation of when when the window would be ready for installation. The final cost matched the estimation and I was advised in advance of the day and timing for the installation. They arrived at the appointed hour of 08:30 and by 10:30 they left having shown us the installed window and how it operated. they respected the contents of our home by using drop cloths to protect our floors and carpets. It was a completely painless operation from start to finish.

Greg took the time to learn what I wanted. We went with Quatro glass on the north side to keep in the heat, and Solar Shield 3D on the south side to keep out the hot sun.
The installation took a couple of cold December days The installation team was professional and polite yet you could tell they enjoyed their work. They took care to protect the floors, cleaned up every day, and made sure that any questions I had were quickly answered.
One window arrived from the factory cracked, but they installed it temporarily and had already ordered a replacement. A short time later it was installed and the job was done.
Greg came by a couple times to monitor the progress and answer any questions. He provided all information necessary so that I could apply for the Greener Homes Grant. He even provided copies of the window stickers because I had lost a few.
Replacing windows in your whole house is expensive and a bit daunting, but Ener-Tight walked us through the process comfortably and it’s amazing how much warmer our old house now feels.

Great product by Gentek. The crew were very professional and personable. They were able to keep the time to a minimum, as it was -10 with a wind chill of -15.

We needed to replace 4 more original, 30 yr old windows. They were drafty and rotting. We had already had EnerTight replace 6 windows (large and small) and were extremely pleased with new vinyl frames, improved appearance, good grilles, increased warmth and easy cleaning. These 4 new windows are just as good. One even had a rotting exterior panel beneatb it on the front of the house wbich they replaced with a vinyl panel. Huge improvement!

Good day, I am so happy your "PRIORITY URGENT" request resulted in a van with 2 men showing up to my home and after 5 mins of looking at my faulty windows, they decided that;
1. The windows were installed with screws that were too small
2. They did not have the right-sized screws in their van and needed to order replacement parts.

They ensured to me that they would get the right screws and fix this problem in a week.....

THAT WAS JUNE.... IT IS NOW OCTOBER!!!!

We spent an enormous amount of money for you to change the windows in our home. So far you have installed substandard windows and refused to repair the damage you have done.

My windows are still broken with NO end in sight.

IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS????

Please resolve this issue ASAP, or I will SUE your company for breach of contract on our "LIFETIME guarantee" and I will make it my mission in life to tell my story of your HORRIBLE customer service to every internet site I can find and the better business bureau.

I will make it my purpose in life to ensure NO ONE orders windows from you and goes through the same nightmare my family has been through.

I am giving this company a chance to make good on their professional name and our contract made in good faith!
