Excellent service, quote was provided quickly and a second visit was completed to ensure the right product was proposed. We had a large addition completed with blown insulation, as well as old insulation above existing house removed and replaced with spray foam for the vapour barrier and topped off with blown insulation. In all Reitzels crews were at our house 4 times and every crew was professional and courteous. Followed COVID safety protocol and left their work access area cleaner than when they arrived. I am delighted with the work done by the crew at Reitzel Insulation. I am new to the area and so didn't know any local contractors and had to depend on online reviews when getting my attic insulated (it was almost without any insulation!). I am glad I did! The experience was great from start to finish - from the original quote, to scheduling to the crew coming and doing the work. They were professional, took all the appropriate COVID19 precautions, were pleasant and cleaned up afterwards. They were a pleasure to have in my home and did a great job. A few weeks ago, I had the attic re-insulated. I went with Reitzel based on all the good reviews online. From start to finish, the job was handled quickly and professionally. Bob came out an gave me a quote after inspecting the attic. He was helpful and friendly and answered all my questions.
The day of the installation, the crew showed up on time with the proper PPE to come into the house. They laid down protection for the floors and worked for a few hours blowing in the insulation. When the job was completed, you would have never known they were there. They cleaned up and left no trace of their work.
Prior to this, you could feel a noticeable temperature change as you climbed the stairs. Now the second floor is warm and inviting. I cannot wait until summer to see what a difference it makes on my air conditioning.

From start to finish Reitzel provided prompt service. Their sales rep explained everything thoroughly and provided a fair estimate. The installation team was fast, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Even though we had this done on a day in January during the Covid pandemic, they took all precautions and the house was left as they found it. I would highly recommend them.

I had a 12x13 foot addition spray foamed. Reiztel insulation was Super easy to work with. They set a date arrived on time and completed their work very professionally. Great work!!!!
