As it turned out I did not need anymore insulation and Brian said things were OK in the attic. He checked inside the house for heat loss and
things were OK there as well. He was on time and very personable.

We chose Reitzel after some Google searching and phone calls. It was a good choice. The folks we dealt with were courteous and informative. All the planning and arrangements went smoothly and the job was done on time and without fuss. The young men who actually installed the insultation were pleasant and professional. We have no complaints at all and are happy to have the job done.

The original appointment was set for two months after the quote was accepted. Reitzel promised to bring the installation forward in case they have a cancellation, assuming it fits our schedule. A few days later we received a call and the work was done the next day.

Reitzel Insulation Co Ltd. did a fantastic job. We are really pleased with their services. They were on time. They told us step by step what was happening and when the job was over they cleaned up nicely. The insulation to the attic made a huge difference in temperature in our upper level and throughout the house. It's not as hot anymore on the second floor and the air conditioner is not running as much. I would highly recommend doing this work. We should have done it year's ago. Excellent job gentlemen. I recently contacted Reitzel Insulation to insulate the attic of my house which by the looks of it was originally done over 40 years ago. Needless to say, the insulation had deteriorated. The gave me a competitive quote, came promptly (had room due to a cancellation), removed the old material and blew in new. Great friendly crew, and efficient. My husband and I had additional insulation and some fixes done in our attic. Through the whole process Reitzel was responsive and quoted accurately. The team was super nice, showed up on time, kept things tidy and cleaned up after theselves before leaving. We are very happy with the work that was done.

Excellent company, outstanding customer service and exemplary work! From the quote to the final job, all interactions with my husband and I were professional. The job was done as indicated, easy payment methods and they responded immediately to all communication. Can not recommend them enough.

We contracted Reitzel to remove existing insulation and install foam our attic and upper story, and are super pleased with the result. Our job required extra coordination between Reitzel and our roofer (Platinum, also recommended), because some of the foam needed to be sprayed on exposed ceiling when the roof decking was lifted while replacing the plywood and shingles (see photos). Reitzel handled the job with professionalism and attention to detail, and everyone from estimator Bryan, Manager Jamie, and installer Jeff was helpful to see that things went smoothly. They cleaned up well and protected our things, and the foam smell was gone within 24hrs. We're already feeling the difference the foam has made in our upstairs and look forward to easier temperature maintenance and efficiency throughout the summer and winter months. Excellent work!
