Upgraded the insullation in our attic. The workers arrived early. They were curteous, and clean entering and leaving the home, and they worked quickly. We have noticed a marked difference in the even distribution of the AC since doing the upgrade. Our upper level is now comfortable to sleep in without the extra floor and ceiling fans running constantly. We appreciated the follow up from Rietzel a few days later to see if there were any issues that needed to be addressed (none so far). Great customer care.
