This company is excellent! The owners, Todd and Lorrie, are very service-oriented. Wesley, the technician, fixed the crack in my foundation effectively and efficiently. A Lifetime Warranty on the work was provided. I highly recommend The Crack Specialists!

We sold our home pending a home inspection. Unfortunately two previous crack repairs showed some moisture leaking through. We hired The Crack Specialists to come in and remove the previous filler and fill and repair to satisfactory levels. Jamie was our on site guy and he was terrific. Polite, knowledgeable and a very hard worker who didn't even stop for a break until the job was complete. He left no mess for us to clean up and we would not hesitate to recommend both the company and Jamie.

Downpour caused a crack under a window in the basement where water came rushing in. They came that day for a quote and Wes gave me options and explained how it would work. I was concerned that more rain storms would cause it to fail again in a year or two and he explained the warranty and directed me online as well. The job is complete, he was courteous and friendly, efficient and great to work with. He went above and beyond.

Todd came buy and looked at the crack and was very informative on how they could tackle the job.
Lorrie sent me a written estimate within hours of Todd's inspection which explained our options. We felt that the price was fair and decided to go ahead with the repair.
Jamie called me ahead of his estimated arrival time to tell me he was ahead of schedule and could arrive and hour early if it was alright with me. Jamie was very professional and courteous. He took his time to make sure the job was done right the first time. He also left the area probably cleaner than when he found it.

Todd arrived the day after my call, and he gave me an estimate for fixing two leaks: one a previously-repaired crack that had begun to leak again, and another located behind the drywall of a finished basement. I was impressed by his straightforward and friendly manner, and by his detailed knowledge of previous issues in the houses around mine. He was happy to answer all my questions, and the estimate was a reasonable one.

Workers arrived on the next workday, and after removing the drywall they discovered that the problem was more serious than they'd expected; the previous owners had really botched their attempted repairs. After calling Todd in for a consultation, they went forward with the work, and even though it took twice the time to fix a problem that was more serious than they'd anticipated, they did it all for the price that they'd originally quoted.

Afterward they gave me detailed advice about what I could do to mitigate problems in the future, and they were friendly and responsive from beginning to end. If you have a basement leak, give them a call.

This is the second time that I have hired this company to fix a foundation crack for me. The service is extremely professional and timely. From a customer service perspective this company went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to any other home owner.
