Had a rather large crack identified in our crawl space and promptly attended and fixed. We also had some other water coming in another wall. After removing everything in the way, they helped identify the chimney as the source. This isn't what they do but they got us started in the right direction here and saved us from giving up and resorting to french drains. Following up with chimney experts.
