Wes is fantastic - he checked over my sump pump and battery back-up system and showed me how everything works. He took the time to explain the float mechanism and how it kicks in when the power is off so now I understand what happens and won't go into panic mode when power goes out again! The Crack Specialists in general are a fantastic team and I do not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone who needs their help. They have fixed a foundation crack and installed a second sump pump at my house and their workmanship is second to none!
