The Crack Specialists

At this point, we had multiple occasions to use the services of The Crack Specialists so it's only fair to leave a review! :)

First, we had a foundation crack through which water was coming in into our basement - they sealed that up and it's been a year now and it's all good! (They also offer a lifetime warranty on these).

Secondly - in our coldroom, the cinder blocks shifted (it's an older home), and water was also coming in - this had to be not only sealed but also and insulated from the outside. The Specialists dug up the wall and insulated it from the outside - it is still holding up and no more puddles in the coldroom! Worth to mention that this problem was identified on their first visit and they told us what had to be done, it was just a scheduled to be a separate repair date.

And most recently, we had problems with water filling up our old window (with a decaying wooden frame), so they came in to put in a new window well - with metal frame, and they deepened and widened it.

We would also like to point out that they clean up after their work and take excess earth away if needed. With the window well work we wanted to keep some of the earth for garden works and they went out of their way, to not only fill our containers with it but also carried it all where we needed it.

All this professional work for what seems like a reasonable amount of money to us, and while these gentlemen are high in demand and it might be a bit of wait sometimes, they come highly recommended and while we HOPE not to need to call them again, we definitely will should something new come up!
