The installer (Tim) was superb. He was very accommodating and took pride in his work.

The installer arrived on time and was very professional. He did a great installation and cleaned up after he was done. The closet looks great and the design work made for a great use of my space

It was amazing. Our designer Janice from Paris was so professional & she knows her stuff. I loved the design she drew up for us. The guys that came in & installed it were also amazing. They worked hard & cleaned everything up before they left. They also did an amazing job. The quality is excellent, I love love my walk in closet. Thank you so much everyone that was involved. We LOVE the work that Closets by Design did on our pantry! From the initial design, to price, and the installation, everything was done so professionally! We were listened to and ended up with an amazing pantry!

We were very pleased with every aspect of our garage office project starting with the professionalism and all of the assistance of our designer Wendy right down to the actual day of installation and the quality of the product. The installers were friendly, arrived ahead of the install time and did a great job . Definitely would refer friends to Closets by Design and wouldn't hesitate using them again for a future project.

It was pretty good. I think the nail holes could have been covered. The belt rack is in a place above a shelf that isn’t workable. Should be on the other side. Left a pile of soggy sawdust in the driveway but that was it for mess. Work was completed promptly and on time. Overall quality is good. Installer was friendly and professional. Lots of good communication from the company. Over all a satisfying experience and we are very happy with the finished result.

Everything went great (although I forgot to ask to keep my baseboard the worker cut out of the kitchen... and by the time I realized the worker took it with him
he was already gone) except for the fact that one of the shelves were chipped before I even got a chance to use it. Fortunately all it took was a phone call and I have an appt for a new shelf, though I wish such a replacement was more expedient that a two week time frame, I understand - I gather they need to make a new one.

PS I don't like recommending a product unless I am 100% satisfied with everything as it is my name behind the recommendation. What I may do is give a truthful recommendation on my entire experience and let others decide if they want to use them or not.

The organizers literally doubled our closet capacity!! Fabulous work was done on time and space was left immaculate . Design was perfect!!

Our designer Heidi was very helpful, easy to work with, and knowledgable. We are very happy with how the closet turned out and is an excellent space saver now in our bedroom. The closest was well installed and in a quickly manner.
