I had a hard time finding people to do the works. So many companies didn't phone back or come to the appointment. Then I found Brian at Pre-Lock. He was amazing. He came, he assessed, he recommended and we ended up with amazing door hardware, everything done exactly when we were told it would be done, and he even called a few months later to make sure we were happy with the product. I highly recommend Brian and Pre-Lock. They were a real pleasure to deal with.

I used Pre-Lock in my previous home and just moved and need to secure my new home. Paul personally looked after the new install for the locks and alarm system. After being with another high profile alarm company for the past 8 years and being very unhappy with their service and equipment in the last few I set out to find a reputable alarm company. I contacted Steve Fishman at Pre-Lock. Steve was great with assisting me in getting exactly what I wanted and answering countless questions. I decided to go with Pre-Lock as they offered a quality security system and monitoring at competitive prices.

On the day of installation my installer Gabe arrived on time. As Gabe installed the alarm system and related sensors it was evident he was a true professional, didn't rush, was knowledgeable, enjoyed his work and also took pride in his work. Gabe was fantastic. After seeing Gabe work he left me confident I made the right decision going with Pre Lock.

The next day I had occasion to speak with Adrian in Service regarding my system, and Eva in Customer Service. Both were excellent and easy to deal with and got me the answers I needed fast.

Great company great product. We needed new locks so I thought best to turn to the internet to find a good service. Wrong many locksmith I found did not even exist at the sites they advertised were not really there. I ended up finding Pre-Lock Security from a referral from a good friend that has had good experiences with that service. I spoke with Paul who incidentally is the owner. He gave me great service and made lots of good suggestions. We ended up installing Mul-T-lock High security locks on both doors. Great price and fantastic installation .
