My furnace stopped working and i called Maple Air to come and look at it, to see what was wrong. They sent a gentleman by the name of Ron. He was very knowledgeable about his products for the furnace. He explain everything what needs to be done to get it working . He was very efficient, he got the parts the next day. I was very happy to have a warm home again. Thanks Ron! you did an amazing job.. I'll recommend Maple Air to my family and friends.

I was impressed by the sales approach it was a soft sell. The installation was excellent, they were always on time and everything was done on time. The quality of the work was what I expected. They threw in some extras at no charge. I would definitely recommend Maple Air.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY!!!!!!!
They installed a Carrier AC in May 2015. From the very first day it did not work properly. I kept calling them that the AC pipes from the unit to the Furnace were freezing up and the unit kept running NEVER stopping. My hydro bill was enormous because of their mistakes.
Omid, told me that the problem is mine, they gave us one excuse after the other. On the hottest days of the year, this unit was not working. I asked him to send me his “best” technicians. He did, only to be told that the problem was mine again…In fact, I believe that the individuals that came, were not certified technicians. When I called the 4th time and asked that I get a new unit, they told me that the problem is not theirs and that I should report the unit to “Carrier Head Office”.
I called Carrier, they sent me their technician(s) and they realized that the unit Maple Air installed is not adequate enough for my home. Maple Air installed a 3 TON unit. Maple Air then asked me to obtain a “Heat Loss Document” from the City. (This is something they should have done from the very beginning themselves). I obtained this document and it indicated that I need a 5 TON unit for my home.
They installed the 3 TON unit without visiting our home; the entire conversation was over the phone. Carrier Technician couldn’t believe that they sold me a unit without even visiting the home and obtaining all necessary documents first.
Although Maple Air was told that they need to exchange the 3 TON for a 5 TON, they kept procrastinating, Totally UNTRUTHFUL they would set up an appointment and not show up. UNREAL, how do people like this stay in business.
They finally came and removed the 3 TON for a 5 TON; they charged me for the difference. Any other company wouldn’t have charged me anything. And to top it off, they installed me a LOW SEER (13 SEER) rather than the 15 SEER I originally asked for.
My hydro bill was enormous, ENOURMOUS because of their mistake and lack of visit(s).
These people should be reported and should CLOSE THEIR DOORS IMMEDIATELY……

First of all I would like to thank Mr Farzad for being very honest with me for I was in the plan of purchasing a Lennox Furnace/Ac and with his tremendous in sight of his products, I went the opposite way and purchased the carrier Infinity top of the line furnace/Ac and the wifi thermostat. I was very impressed with his crew who did come to install the units. The gentle men were very kind and friendly and did a Fantastic job. They were very neat and clean in their work and also to looked at every detail in the process of their work to ensure that the job was done properly and to my satisfaction. I will Highly refer Maple Air to all of my friends and Family members. Thank you once again for all that you have done.

Experience from start to finish was professional and pleasant. Farzad presented multiple options, explaining pros and cons, and listening to the feedback I provided.
Installation was on time, exactly as described. Installers were pleasant and did a quality job. No problems at all with our Amana equipment.
Follow-up review by Farzad, weeks after the job was done, was an excellent touch and showed Maple Air's commitment to customer service.

I found Farzad to be a excellent salesman. He helped determine my needs and worked out the appropriate package for me. He was there every step of the way answering my questions and concerns. I would recommend him in a heart beat! Very professional and a real nice guy!

When it came time to replace our A/C unit, I searched Homestars for reviews. Maple Air received great reviews and based on the recommendations we called them. The sales rep Farzad was very informative and provided us with many different options. We chose the Amana series of A/C units for its dependability ,functions and great warranty. Farzad also did a follow up of the installation to ensure we were happy with it.
The installers were very professional. They listened to us and

did the work exactly as we requested. They performed the work

as if it was their own home they were working on, with care and

Maple Air installed our A/C in 2014. We were happy with the service and the A/C has worked well so we hired them to install a furnace and fireplace fan in September 2015. The salesrep Farzad was a pleasure to work with, very helpful in providing the numerous options I requested and replied to my questions promptly. He also followed up after the installations to ensure we were satisfied. The installers were punctual, did a good job and left the work area clean and tidy. The furnace looks good, works well and is very quiet.

I had maple air install my furnace. The old furnace was about 15 years old and I had a carrier. Their sales men came over his name was Farzad and explained me everything and inspected the job. He told me to choose Carrier as I had good experience with it! The price they offered was so much more reasonable compared to other big contractors. Also they installed couples days after the agreement. I recommend maple air and their services. I was very pleased with the way the provided me the service!
