First time customer, and was impressed by both the office staff and their technicians.
We thought the logs had disintegrated but the service team discovered that somehow they had shifted, and there were several logs ... when not properly aligned they did not function as well.
Problem solved, and we have our Fireplace working like brand new.
We also wanted to retrofit a fan, which should be possible, but our electrician concluded that running power to the unit would involve cutting holes in walls ... not something we were prepared to do.
Could not buy the fan from Maple Air but would certainly recommend them!
