Spoke to Sam (customer service manager) to book appointment. Very direct and knowledgeable. No beating around the bush. Actually, my appointment was bumped up by one day! It worked out well as due to my personal schedules and meetings from working from home.
Hamid, the technician was running behind schedule and call me to inform me of the delay. Fully understood due to unexpected emergencies within the nature of this business. He showed up as promised...within the 1/2 hour of his phone call.
