Maple Air Inc

I had asked Maple Air to come to service my furnace prior to time furnace would be needed. The service man listened to the fan motor which I knew was going. He suggested a new furnace as mine was more than 16 years old and it could take many weeks to get a new fan motor, possibly leaving me in the cold before it could be fixed. The new furnace was installed about four days later. The two men who came to put in the new furnace were very professional and really knew what they were doing. When it came time to make the furnace work with the thermostat I already had, they worked and worked to make it compatible, but in the end they couldn't. They did put in one that would work with the furnace, but it wasn't as good as the one I had had. Maple Air agreed to put in a new thermostat at no charge that would work with my new furnace. They did that three days after the new furnace was installed. I felt that Maple Air did everything in their power to make me happy from the office staff, Annie, to their technician and sales person Azzam and installer Farzad I should also say that we called on this company after Sears, the company that we bought our furnace from went out of business in Canada taking our maintenance plan with them.
I would recommend them to anyone.
