Furnace and AC change during COVID
Our air conditioner broke during COVID. We decided to replace both the AC and furnace, but were so confused with the brands, vendors, reviews, etc. Our son recommended Maple Air from a friend.
Farzad was our sales person, he provided excellent product recommendations , a prompt installation date during COVID.
The installers were friendly and professional, they arrived on time and completed the installation. We are impressed with our Carrier Furnace, Air Conditioner. and the accessories. We love the Ecobee3 lite smart thermostat; this is highly recommended.
We feel the price was fair for the brand, features, and service.
