After 20 years, my builders furnace finally died, and based on referrals and excellent reviews, I contacted Maple Air. Omid was prompt in responding, he showed up on time with all the PPE during this Covid-19 pandemic. He completed a thorough review and provided calculations for our current air flow situation. He answered all my questions and concerns and explained that the technology in today’s HVAC systems are more efficient. Maple Air gave us a very competitive quote on both A/C and Furnace. My wife and I decided to go with Maple Air based in somewhat order.... on their professionalism, expertise, products and price.
He recommended the Carrier Infinity series which had rebates from both energy star and the manufacturer.

Farshid and Hadi, formally introduced themselves and greeted my wife in the morning of install with all their PPE during this Covid Pandemic and did a great job with the installation. They used carpet runners and went as far as even wearing surgical boot covers for safety. They removed the old products and left behind a clean place. They were polite and quick to complete the work with minimal disruption to our household. Farshid even looked at our fireplace that was acting up during our breakdown and immediately shut the gas to it for safety reasons.
