I had a simple job of moving my AC from my driveway and returning it to the same place after the drive was repaved. Two techs were involved. Both techs were excellent. They were conscientious and thorough.

This is the second time I have been moved to recommend Spring Home, which is a first for me and I think talks to the underlying fundamentals of good customer service that they consistently demonstrate .

Rather than relay the play by play of the complex furnace glitches and aligning to changing code standards we went through, my take away is they understand the stress homeowners go through when essential appliances misbehave and have the tenacity and dedication to see it through to a successful conclusion. Which for me is a trait you can't put a price on in these times.

Suffice to say thanksgiving weekend was saved and our family is genuinely grateful for that.

My previous furnace, which was 15 yrs old, required a major repair so I decided to purchase a new Trane model. I've done business with Spring Home(mostly furnace inspections) for some time now. The customer service rep. I spoke to is very friendly and accommodating.

The 3 workmen arrived on schedule and work was completed on schedule. I was shown how to operate the new touch screen thermostat. The site where the work was done was cleaned up so you would not know they were there.

I selected Spring Home though Home Stars and have never had reason for regret.

It was a simple job of disconnecting and moving the AC from the driveway to the backyard in preparation to repave the driveway. The job was a bit complicated as it is an old AC. The serviceman reached out to Tech Support, sorted out the issues and got the job done successfully.

Had an AC unit installed. Great customer service. Installers worked really hard and did a great job. Great price. Would definitely recommend!

Spring Heating replace an old furnace and installed a new humidifier. Great service, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Would certainly recommend the company to our neighbours.

Competitive pricing and amazing service from start to finish. Sean and the installer were sympathetic to my fear of anything to do with gas and went overboard to assuage my fear. Sean kept me abreast of when the installation would take place and the installer explained the installation in detail. Both were well-versed in the technical codes for gas installations. The heat exchanger on my 15+ year old Ruud furnace was leaking water and needed to be replaced. Rodina at Spring Home ran interference with a Ruud distributor, ordered the required part and arranged for Spring Home's technicians to do the replacement work. Amir and his helper were polite, tidy, respectful (as in masked) and efficient workers and managed to do the repair in a reasonable number of hours. I am very satisfied with Spring Home and will call them if I ever need any other HVAC servicing. Highly recommended.
