Jeff arrived promptly with his helpers, and in a few hours, replaced my old furnace with a new Napoleon 96% efficient unit. Very happy with the installation. Would recommend this service highly.

Superb Service..Had a 8:00 a.m. appt. today. Jeff, Will and Clint showed up exactly at 8:00 a.m. Removed our old 15 year old Tappan Furnace, took away and installed a Brand New Napoleon 9600 High Efficiency Furnace and were out of here a little after 11:00 a.m. The guys filled out the FortisBC rebate application with instructions of how to apply. Jeff took the time to illustrate the high points of this new furnace and as a bonus left us a super BBQ, Napoleon TravelQ 285 as a perk. Truly professional service and would and have recommended this company to others.

Jeff and the boys were awesome. Searched and fixed previous issues created by another company, gave good advice, were honest and stuck to the quote, cleaned up, arrived on time. Jeff was very patient and answered any and all questions. Very pleasant experience. Would happily recommend.

I am very happy with the service that I have received from Coleman . Our high efficiency furnace worked beautifully through the winter and then we decided to have them install a central AC unit. It was a big decision and took a lot of persistence to get through the Strata requirements but we received full support from the Coleman team throughout. They kept a spot open for us for weeks to do the install as we awaited the Strata approval. We now have a cooling system that really allows one to breathe cooled air fully through the record beating heat. Thanks Coleman, and particularly Cheryl and Jeff.

Coleman has been doing our annual service on our 10 y.o. Veismann boiler, just the routine, plus ignition electrode replaced, was all completed in a timely manner Friday am. But the next morning after the guys left there was no hot water, with an F5 code showing, being Saturday we weren't hopeful we would have warm showers for the weekend. I left voicemail on the Coleman office line, a couple hours later Jeff called and said he could drop by later to have a look. He cleared the code fixed the problem - all on a Saturday evening no-charge - thanks for the amazing follow-up and service!

I had my original furnace replaced and a new A/C system installed, as well as an upgrade to my air return. The crew was on time, very professional, and the installation is very clean. I would highly recommend them.

The main board on the Vitodens failed which was identified very quickly by Coleman's service folks. While it took an inordinate amount of time for the part to arrive (most likely due to Viessman and their shipping efforts ) , it was installed the day it got to Coleman.
While another service call was needed to get the unit up and running it was all done very professionally and at a fair and reasonable cost.
I will continue to use Coleman as and when needed and highly recommend this company to one and all.
