Classic Fireplace and BBQ Store

Purchased a Napoleon media centre from Classic's Scarborough location. When it was being delivered I pointed out that there was a spot on the side where the stain had not taken and your eye went directly to that spot. When you're paying a lot of money, you want it perfect! I pointed it out to John (I believe) and he immediately took pictures and reported the issue. Edward then ordered a new unit for me and keep me in the loop the entire time on delivery. Thang was so helpful in working out a convenient date for the new top to be installed and John was ever so professional in making the exchange. These guys should write a book on customer service! Can't say enough good things about Edward, Thang, John and Matt (hope I didn't miss anyone!) When I'm ready to purchase my next BBQ, I'm just going to see them. Thanks Guys...you are the best!

We have yet to receive delivery of our new BBQ, but wanted to comment on the unbelievable service I received from the staff and in particular Edward (Scarborough Location). I too work in the customer service industry and I have never come across the service which Edward provided extremely accommodating and professional at every step of the purchase process.

Companies were not able to adapt for conversion. Classic Fireplace arrived with experience and worked with us to an exceptional conclusion, much better than we had even hoped. Every team member went above and beyond from office intake and coordination, Babz, to install, Brad and Adam who did the customized finishing. This is an exceptional team and company. We bought a new Napoleon BBQ from Classic in April and had an issue with the back sizzle burner from the beginning. Spent a lot of time with Napoleon in Barrie, as well as the tech from Classic.and were told 'live with it, there's nothing wrong' Went out to Classic and explained our problem to Edward - WOW, he works part time and said he'd follow up - he DID follow up and actually spent time on his day off - within a day, a tech came and guess what, thanks to Edward and John our rear burner is working properly - Thank you Edward, it was a pleasure working with you and Classic Fireplace is lucky to have a TRUE customer focused employee!!! We recommend Classic Fireplace 100%

We needed a fireplace to be the center piece of our newly finished basement, and a friend recommend these guys because of the work they had done in his.

The people in the showroom were helpful, and they were able to help us zero in on the perfect fireplace. Karen helped us figure out what framing should be done and where and we placed the order at the height of the pandemic.

Getting the fireplace took an extra month or so - supply chain issues like everywhere else, but once it arrived they quickly sent out the installers. Kyle and Conner were friendly and professional, and fast.

They found that my framing wasnt quite right, and they quickly adjusted it for me. The fireplace is in and its beautiful.

It was a absolute pleasure working with Babz Boehm. She was the only one who was honest knowledgeable and patient. We sent out numerous quotes, spent a lot of time researching our bbq. It was awesome to not deal with a big box store and actually deal with a company that knows their products and that goes for them servicing as well. Couldnt be happier. We need our gas fireplace repaired and they will be the first people we use.

We purchased a gas fireplace floor to ceiling for our family room and are very pleased with the final result. From the sales person (Terry) who took the time to ensure we selected the appropriate fireplace that would match our decor to the installation completed by Adam, Braedon, Brad, Kyle, Steven and I hope I have not forgotten anyone we will definitely refer this company to our friends and family. The installation crew were personable, professional, pleasant, efficient, courteous and the job was completed in a timely manner. Thank you everyone.
