A major windstorm blew my BBQ of the deck and ripped the gas hose. Although I didn't buy my BBQ from Classic, they sent out technicians. they arrived exactly when they said they would.
John and Chris had a new line installed for me and inspected my BBQ for safety, they even put all the parts back together. They were pleasant to talk to and showed my how to disconnect the line if I needed to
