The availability and installation scheduling accommodated our needs. Our installers, Kyle and Connor, arrived on time, were highly experienced and personable, and completed the installation efficiently. They demonstrated such care when working in our home and took time to explain the installation steps and provide a clear demonstration of the setup and use of the new fireplace.
