The service technician, Kenn, was especially friendly, likeable and courteous.
Kenn resolved the issue quickly and checked for other potential issues that may shortly arise. Additionally, he disclosed his "trade secret" to help me resolve the problem if it arose again. Kenn also provided suggestions regarding semi-annual maintenance techniques.
