We have the rather nightmarish situation of dealing with bedbugs in our two bedroom apartment, and Ahmed, from Pesticon, has been really great. He is incredibly well-informed not only about the problem, but the chemicals he is using to deal with it. He came here promptly, and has been very diligent about returning for follow-up treatment. He guarantees his work for six months and since it is hard to get rid of bed bugs in one treatment, this is very reassuring.

We own a food manufacturing plant. Mr. Ahmed is providing us services from more than one year. We would like to recomed him to everybody who has the problem with any kind of pest control.

I called Pesticon to have wasps removed from my fence and deck area. Ahmed called me back within 2 minutes of receiving my message - on a Sunday night! He came by at 8 am the next morning and took care of everything. Then he waited 4 days to organize payment - to ensure the wasps did not return. Throughout all of this, he was exceptionally kind and professional. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. He is absolutely wonderful.

Found several fast spreading ant colonies in my backyard. Called Mr. Waheed around 9:00pm, scheduled an inspection the next morning. Mr. Waheed arrived 10:30am precisely. Very nice and knowledgeable gentleman. Explained to me the facts for different ant colonies found in my backyard. Performed the protection for my house right away upon my request after the inspection. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommended.

For about a year a had problems with ants. I tried again and again to take care of the problem myself but nothing worked. So I finally broke down and searched homestars for an exterminator and Pesticon had the highest reviews.

I called Waheed and told him I found his name on homestars--he very confidently said that I would be writing a good review for him once he came out to my house--well, he was right.

He was very professional and personable and explained that I had carpenter ants. Waheed described what needed to be done and did not deviate from the price he gave me over the phone.

It has been a few months and I have not seen any more carpenter ants. I will definitely call Pesticon if I have any problems in the future.

I'm in the process of selling our home and need some work done roof which is above the deck (about 8 ft). We have a 2 year old and a small baby as well and the wasps were just a nuissance. I called Ahmed and he was there in about 2 hours, and was done within 15 minutes. I am laughing now watching them try to get in, but can't...and he said by tonight they will be gone. I'm very happy!

I called Mr. Ahmed initially to check out a possible carpenter ant infestation. He came the same day and scheduled treatment for the next day, Sat. He came on time, was professional and efficient and when I called later with questions, got to me back immediately. The second time I called for removal of a wasp nest, he arranged to come the same day, and again checked the outside of the house for any ants, and the removal of the wasps was fast and efficient. A few months ago, we had the unfortunate situation of having to deal with a Bed Beg Infestation in our home. We don't know how we acquired these little critters, but all we knew is that my wife and kids were being bit by some sort of insect at night. I needed to deal with a wasp's nest on my balcony. I was having a family BBQ on the holiday Monday and called Pesticon on the Sunday the day before. I was prepared to get voice mail and no immediate call back. Instead I reach and the owner and briefly described my situation. He initially said that he could come Monday morning which was impressive in itself because it was a holiday. When he heard that I was having a family function on the balcony he said he would try to connect with one of his service people to see whether they could come Sunday night! He called back 10 minutes later and said that he could come around 7 PM. He would have come earlier but he was in Niagara with the family. Wow, now that's service. I've put the owner's name and tel number in my PDA to make sure I always have it available.
