My apartment had already been treated three times before I called Mr. Ahmed for a consultation. The first pest control company was contracted by the building I live in and was not very thorough and ultimately ineffective.

In contrast, Mr. Ahmed was very patient, polite and took his time in treating the entire apartment. He also identified several trouble spots and gave me advice in how to fix it on my end. Finally,he followed up with his six month guarantee and came back for a follow-up treatment very promptly.

I just recently had a raccoon in my attic, and it was extremely irritating during the nights. When I called Ahmed he was extremely nice and arranged an appointment for the same day. Two gentlemen from Ahmed's team showed up and explained to me what they would do in order eradicate the animal from my home. An interesting addition to my problem was that the raccoon was a mother and had 5 young baby raccoons hidden in my attic. The two gentlemen handled my problem that same day, they removed the baby raccoons, and put up a one way door onto the whole where the mother had entered. they explained to me that by midnight the mother would leave and take here babies with her.

Waheed is FANTASTIC!...Very friendly and thorough. He was on time, sprayed the entire house, found where the ants were entering the home and took care of it. Have not seen any ants ALIVE since then!

Carpenter ants had made a nice home under an old patio door. The wood underneath was rotting. Pesticon did their initial spraying but also asked to return when the door was replaced (as we had that scheduled in the near future). So, on the day, Pesticon returned to exterminate the rest of the nest and, so far, we've been free of ants. Great service and great follow-up.
