Travis contacted me and set an appointment to come check out the issue. I had a water leak inside my house close to the front entrance. Travis was professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable and inspected throughout the roof. He pinpointed what he believed to be the issue. He sent two of his guys Brad and Don within the next few days. Both Brad and Don did a great job and were helpful and reliable. We all believe the issue has been resolved.
