They showed up early for my appointment, and quickly got down to work. These were 2 silk upholstered club chairs that were given to me by a friend and perhaps had never been cleaned -- embedded dirt on the arms along with a "mystery" stain on one of the cushions. I have to say I was not too hopeful and was very happy to see a marked difference in both chairs. Excellent work gentlemen!
