I ordered a sofa and two chairs and was told it would take 5-6 weeks. I was fine with this. Of course, when I called on the 6th week, I was told by a different salesperson that it actually takes 6-8 weeks. Um, I see. SO, I go to the store, which is near my work, to see if it is ready by week 8. Yet another salesperson is there, who phones the store and tells me it will be delivered here next week - joy!- and we can arrange delivery a few days later.
Week 9 - No calls, so I phone the store and get yet another salesperson who informs me that yes, the furniture has almost arrived and she will call me back to arrange delivery.
Week 10 -STILL NO RESPONSE.
Bottom line? I am fine with waiting 10 weeks for furniture, but when I am told four different stories from three different people, it gets a little ridiculous.
I will NEVER shop here again and would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
The customer service stops as soon as you pay for your furniture, so don't bother expecting any help with finding out its whereabouts when it takes over 10 weeks to deliver.
