Fortunately for us, we did not read The reviews on Homestar before signing the contract. They did an excellent job and the price was very competitive. Not all experiences are the same. Our's was very positive. We would definitely recommend this company to others. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.HORRIBLE JOB ,ENDING IN HAVING TO HAVE THE CONCRETE REMOVED . IT WAS SO BAD THEY WERE USING CHEMICALS TO FIX THE BOTCHED JOB WHICH ONLY MADE IT WORSE.I MADE THE MISTAKE OF PAYING BEFORE JOB COMPLETED.THEY ONLY RETURNED $3500 FROM $6100 .
I AM NOW HAVING CONCRETE TRIMMINGS DO THE JOB PROPERLY.I AM PURSUING TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Initially we were very happy with the service for repaving our flagstone frontsteps. The project was on time and on budget. There was a miscommunication about the colour of the stone and steps and they ressolved the problem. We even referred a friend who is doing their steps. However, subsequently I have left 3 messages about getting a quote for repaving the porch next to the steps and never heard back.

I got my whole driveway done with asphalt and curb stones at edges of the driveway... they came dug up the driveway in 3 weeks and let it settle for 2 months.. they came and resurfaced it when we were not at home and late in the evening Mr. Gaetano came to collect the balance amount, at that point my wife noticed a dip in the driveway and pointed it out to him...he assured us that it a simple fix and will come by the next day and fix it. We trusted his word and gave him the balance money. It is 3 years and there is no sign of Gaetano or the guys who would have fixed it.. Every time it rains or wash my car on the drive way water collects in that dip. Now I notice cracks on the drive way. We have tried calling them several times with no response. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM... Bad workmanship even worse customer service.

Got together with a punch of people on the street to get our driveways redone... Did a great job, was super friends and quick. Even recommended how to seal it later on without trying to sell the service himself. Also gave a thorough description on how to proceed with the newly paved driveway for the next few weeks in order to ensure it doesn't get messed up.

Only issue in the end was that the time from the date our original driveway was dug up and the new one was paved was very long. But that was also due to the constant raining during the month so really no fault in west ontario paving, in fact it was reassuring to know that they weren't going to proceed and due subpar work by doing it in the rain.

the asphalt is not even and smooth . lots of big rock and very thin.
the car leave a deep mark next year. call them, no response. they lost all potential client on my street

Hired West Ontario Paving Ltd to do my project, very professional from begininning to end .they took the time to explain the work and helped me make the best decision ever. West Ontario Paving Ltd. take their work with much pride.

I was very pleased with the service that West Ontario provided. They obviously take much pride and effort in the work that they do. I would be happy to recommend them to friends and family!

West Ontario paving redid my front steps - and did a disastrous job. They are uneven, collapsing, unglued, sloping and at varying heights. In a nutshell, dangerous. My grandmother has to use the side door to visit.

I have been begging them to replace the stairs for two years - and they have yet to do anything but send a couple of guys with hammers and glue to bang the stones in place. DO NOT hire this company. They take ZERO pride in their work.
