I've hired a couple of various movers in the past as my job requires me to keep relocating often. Recently i hired touchwood movers and their customer service was top notch, very friendly team. They made my move without causing any stress. Communication was clear, movers were courteous and skilled. I didn't have to keep checking on them, they did a great job on their own and took great care at packing everything well.
These guys are clearly very experienced at what they do and they went beyond to keep the customer happy.
Hire them without hesitation, i highly recommend!

I hired this movers to shift some furniture from my mom's house to her vacation house and they responded quickly and we scheduled and appointment for the move. On the day of the move they arrived just on the time they had mentioned. They even informed me 30 minutes before their arrival. They were well equipped, packed everything carefully and placed in their truck. They guys were friendly and helpful.
All the items arrived in safe condition without any scratches to the location.

Moved 1 bedroom apartment and requested for flat rate. Mover's quotes widely vary so I was anxious. Danish and Bobby answered all my questions. They kept me updated during the move. Informed me of traffic delays so that we can adjust elevator availability. The movers are very polite, well-mannered and careful. Overall, a good team.

We had a good experience working with this movers, we were moving some of our furniture to my mom's house and they took care of everything really well. They also helped disassemble the furniture and assemble again at the new location. Their hourly rates were fair and service was great.

I got their contact through a friend who used their services in the past. Finally i had to move and needed a reliable moving company. I gave them a call, they were quick to respond, appointment scheduling was easy. Their price quote was competitive too. On the day of the move, the workers arrived on time, took great care at packing everything really well. We had about 25 boxes.
All the items arrived safely at the new location, i surely recommend their services. They are reliable, professional and charge reasonably!

Absolutely terrible experience. They get paid by the hour...showed up 20 minutes late, then took 30 minutes to sit in their car and eat breakfast and make personal phone calls. They were moving one little drawer (~3lbs) at a time per trip up and down the stairs. I called Bobby, the manager, to explain the situation, and he just blamed us for wanting things like our mattresses and couches wrapped in plastic, then told me I was making things up when I mentioned about the breakfast and personal phone calls, called me names and "difficult" even thought I was just explaining to him that it's unfair to charge us an hourly rate for his team to show up late and eat breakfast. Then on the unloading end, the guys didn't want to take the heavier items inside so they just left them in the garage.

We already moved 70%+ of our possessions a few weeks prior before staging our home and the job was 8 hours and we gave a hefty tip (these guys did a phenomenal job). The movers this time took 8 hours for the remaining 30% of stuff and came to the same price. They also didn't take off their shoes or put runners on our white upstairs carpets when moving, so they're completely ruined, black marks everywhere, and we need to get the carpets professionally shampooed now.

Completely unprofessional, terrible movers, even worse owner/customer service. We will never use these people again.

This was the best moving service I have had. I've moved every year (sometimes more than once per year) for about 6 years now. The professionals took the stress out of everything! A team of 4 and my entire apartment was moved in less than a few hours. The movers I had hired the year before from a different company, took easily double the time with about the same stuff. There was no damage and their team was so friendly! Highly recommend. I'll be a repeat customer for my next move :)

Also I feel like I have to mention this. I have this giant purple couch, that is an absolute monster to manage in tiny apartments. It's caused problems for everyone... except these guys! I was amazed how easily they handled it.

Touchwood movers moved us back in April and I meant to write a review back then. Going through some paperwork I found our receipt and remember the great experience we had with them and that it would be disrespectful not to give then a good review. We selected them out of four movers that I got estimates from because they were highly professional, polite, and gave us a very fair estimate along with a good strategy for moving my family of 6 knowing it would be a two day job. There were lots of stairs involved and even a piano. I never once heard a complaint. The whole team work hard, was polite, and efficient. I was amazed that almost everything got here in tact. If I ever have to move again, they would definitely be my choice.

Needed last minute movers and came across this company. They were very easy to work with responded fast and had reasonable pricing so we confirmed with them. The 3 gentleman's showed up on time, were very professional and worked so fast we were highly impressed. Our things ended up being more than they had quoted us on but they made it work.
We loved them and can only recommend them to anyone looking for movers!!
