Having the right person/team to help with home and energy improvement projects is key. From the start with Tony who showed us hands-on exceptional products along with manufacturer details, to sending change order details. To the calls with Nick booking the install dates and explaining processes-rebates-invoices or going through what furniture or wall items we should move prior to project installation. Then at the final project stage with Nick's amazing expertise and attention to detail along with his great installation team, they would engage us at each project install. The team ensured we were happy with each item of the project, used drop cloths everywhere and did cleanup of every worked area. Then Cassi sent us right after the completed installation, a customer care package containing warranties, invoice, receipt, and care & maintenance information for the products installed. Thank you to the Torwin team who are truly customer driven, and each team member goes the extra mile!

My renovation project consisted of 21 replacement windows and 2 doors with one of my windows being a massive two-stories high.

From start to finish Torwin was the best renovation team Ive ever worked with. Starting with my sales associate Tony who was friendly, professional and responded quickly to all my questions. The head office with Nick and Casey were equally a pleasure to work with and constantly checked in to give me updates to my project. The installers Tom, Max, Alex, Volter and Daniel were efficient and had amazing workmanship and craftmanship. Their attention to detail and minimizing touch-ups showed how skillful they were. They also cleaned up all the areas they worked on at the end of each day. They treated my home respectfully and did their best to minimize any disruption as I worked from home.

My only wish is that I they did more than windows and doors as I would hire them again in a heartbeat to do all of my renovations. Their customer service in all areas is unparallel.

We just completed a renovation on our 3 storey home in Toronto. We had to replace 20 windows and 3 doors. Of all our subcontractors Torwin was our favourite!
