Outstanding Customer Focused and Outstanding Work
As I have used Joe in the past to fix my dryer I called him to fix my washer. As my laundry appliances are 26 years old, I was skeptical of repairing and if it was fine time to buy new...but I thought why risk the possible damage to my house of moving large appliances in and out, let's see if it can be fixed the problem at a reasonable price and worst case, it would cost me a service call.
So I emailed Joe, who responded right away. Called me within hours of providing him with the information (i.e. make and model) he requested via email and came by within the day as he was in the hood and had the parts. As in the past, he fixed the problem and let me know if there were other items that concerned him. As he was here, I got him to fix everything. Joe is extremely knowledgeable on all appliance, he is very personable and very cognizant of costs. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone as he is great. Highly recommended
