Professional and easy to work with. Extremely pleased with the end results - transformed a 3rd floor landing and two dormer window areas into a large luxury closet space with efficient use of available space. They were able to work with us on design and sketches to produce a result that was better than we envisioned. Also flexible with us on timing working around our bathroom contractors who were completing work in the same area. Would highly recommend.

Joseph, Sarah and their team of installers were amazing from the get go. Joseph was patient, helpful and full of ideas how to best make some of our challenging closets work for us. We downsized from a house to a condo last year and found that we didn't have enough storage space. Joseph from Superior Closets came to our condo and, after hearing about our requirements, made drawings of his suggestions for one bedroom, a den/office, and a large hall closet. He sent his drawings to us shortly after his visit and we were pleased that he had captured very well what we had in mind. We paid him a visit at Superior Closets as a follow-up, to answer our questions, see examples of his work, and choose the materials and styles that we liked. In this process, Joseph demonstrated his knowledge of design as well as craftsmanship and made many recommendations that were very helpful to us. He sent us follow-up drawings so that we could finalize all the details, and he set a date for installation about a month later. The job was expected to take a day and a half. The Superior Closet builders that Joseph sent to do the job were very skilled, worked very quickly, completed the job on time, left their work space perfectly clean, and were respectful and pleasant to deal with throughout. The finished product was outstanding in every way. The closets were beautiful to look at, the craftsmanship was truly exemplary, and they were a long-awaited answer to our storage problems!

I am absolutely amazed with the design they came up with for this small (58” x 53”) master bedroom walk-in closet. They replied to my inquiry the same day with a drawing, quote and a visit by Yaris for final measurements and drawer options. Within one week the organizer was installed leaving no mess. Yaris and his customer service team do a great job commicating with you every step of the way and follow up the day after installation to make sure you are satisfied.

This is the 3rd time I have used Superior Closets. The work was done on time and exactly as promised. The quality of the work is excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Yair came to our house, then later met us on a weekend and spent over an hour with us finalizing the design. Great personality, no rushing, just very nice experience. We felt very good after that meeting, and that's rare when you're dropping this kind of money on a small closet (5 solid wood, dovetailed draweres, glass doors with hangers and shelves, about 5 feet wide, full height).

The installer came on time and his workmanship was very good. The caulk is neat, the shelves are tight. And the design is very well done, both the unit itself and how it sits in the wall. People comment when they see it.

They did install glass instead of mirror as agreed, and that took a long time to get reordered, but given how nice the result is and how great Yair is to deal with, I didn't mind the wait too much. Things always happen. It's how you deal with a problem that matters.

After some shopping around we chose Superior Closets based on their price and responsiveness. From the initial consultation in our home to the installation of the closets, we were impressed with their prompt attention and professionalism. The closets were installed within one week of ordering and the installer (Sergio) was very skilled and respectful of our home (i.e. protecting our floors, thoroughly cleaning up after installation, etc). We’re very happy with the end product and highly recommend them to those looking for quality closets at a fair price.
