I am very happy with the work provided by Shower Deluxe. We just finished a full bathroom renovation and this high quality glass shower door really helped modernize the space. Steve and his team provided great, personal customer service. The door installer, Rob, was punctual and friendly and he did great work.

High quality products but awful customer service. Our projects was a parade of errors and delays from cutting wrong holes in mirrors, to delivering wrong dimensions, to defective hinges to missing parts. I fully appreciate that these things happen in construction projects but this is the only service provider in two back to back projects I did totalling 500k that absolutely refuses to compensate a customer by granting any discounts whatsoever due to the multiple delays caused by their mistakes. They have no understanding of their legal obligations nor of good customer service. Despite spending thousands of dollars for 4 showers, they showed no good faith to compensate me for the delays caused by their mistakes and even refused to grant a very small 375$ discount which would have gone a long way as a gesture of apologies. So if you use them, you better hope everything goes according to plan because they do not own up to anything.

Shower Deluxe has been our primary glass supply/installer for many years now. They are competitively priced, easy to work with, and most importantly provide quality work.

Shower Deluxe did a great job - on time, professional. There was a problem with my shower sill, which they didn't cause, but they were so helpful to come back and remove and reinstall the door and glass wall.
