On the Friday before Canada Day I noticed my sewer pipe backing up in my basement. It was about 730 pm. I called Roto Rooter and Billy Patrick showed up to assist. He advised that it seemed like there was a blockage on the city side of pipe. Upon calling the city I was advised that I needed to have my side of pipe dug up to ensure that everything was fine. By now the time was after midnight. I then called Billy back and he came back to my house and spoke to me about the problem. He advised me that he would get a crew to do the work on Canada Day. He was very good at helping me out to get this repair done. His crew showed up at 830 am on Canada Day and were finished my 430 pm. You would not even know they were here. They had to dig up the pipe in my basement and replace. They had to dig 7 feet down in front of residence and replace all piping the as well. Billy checked in frequently and was very good at explaining the process. I would recommend Billy and his team to anyone. Great work. Really appreciated the fast service.
