From the initial quote to the final payment, their customer service was excellent. Quick to respond to emails and proactively contacting us prior to move just to make sure everything was still on track. The 3 "sons" were pleasant and even apologized for being 10 minutes late. They were quick and careful and not a thing was damaged in the slightest during the move. No unpleasant surprises with the bill as compared to the initial quote.
