I called Dem and he arrived on time, and after an examination of our cold room, he indicated what was causing our minor leakage problem, and what he felt we could do about it. I agreed on the price and he named a date, which was convenient, and we were in business.
Darwin and his crew turned up on the date and time and set to work with the minimum of fuss. They actually finished before they said and everything was cleaned up and clean. Darwin explained what they had found and what they had done to correct the problem.
