I saw RCC Waterproofing in Homestars and contacted them via email on their website. The next day, I got a call from Daniel of RCC that he will come over to take a look at my issue. My issue is a water seepage in the basement corner (I guess from top of foundation near the sill plate). Daniel explained to me what was causing the problem and provided me with excellent professional advice on potential solutions without having to spend a lot of money, including some DIY suggestions. So, I had received a professional advice free of charge. Thanks Daniel. I will certainly not forget such professional service and will have RCC first in my mind in case we have a more major basement issue in the future.
