Parsing Foundation Walls Warranty
I had noticed that a parsing job RCC originally did for our home 4 years ago had a buckling out defect occurring for some unknown reason. Regardless of being able to be able to be certain as to the cause, RCC rectified it without charge even though the original work was not warrantied. My request for attention seemed to have fallen through the cracks, but once Mauro, and Tony in particular learned of the oversight, they personally ensured that our home needs were fully addressed....and then some......Thanks RCC...and Tony and Mauro.
