Hvac maintenance very thorough

Case came by for a regular hvac maintenance - our previous hvac guy retired. Case was very thorough, making sure to explain all the things he was doing, and also pointed out some details that I hadn't noticed before re: the furnace return vents. Felt very trust worthy. Will go with them again, and probably for the installation of a heat pump (our current AC unit is outdated).
