Booked a tech to come in as the alarm does not work anymore. Did not come in and no follow up. Asked for a discussion on upgrade on a seperate call, they schedule it but never heard from them. They finally call for billing inquires and I asked about the tech and upgrade call, they said it's my responsibility to call them and tell them I am home after waiting all night. Rude customer service and billing department. Will cancel the service from them asap.
